FedEx Ground/Home Delivery Service Map

A business day does not include Saturdays,Sundays, or Holidays.
FedEx Home(Residential) deliveries are delivered Tuesday through Saturday. FedEx Express and Ground(Commercial) shipments are delivered Monday through Friday.
All orders must be placed before 8AM Pacific Time (Monday-Friday) for same day shipment.
Packages are usually shipped out in less than 24 hours except on weekends.
Customers will usually receive their order in 3-7 business days via ground shipping.
We currently only ship to the United States and Canada.
Deliveries to Canada are subject to additional customs fees and duties. The additional fees are calculated into the cost of shipping when checking out.
Our Return Policy:
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 15 days of the purchase date.
A full refund will be issued less the original shipping costs, unless the product is defective or an incorrect product was shipped to you.
We can only accept returns on products that have not been opened.
Our Exchange Policy:
If product you received a product that was defective or it was an incorrect product, we will exchange it for the same product within 15 days of your order date.
You must first email us with the exact problem with an order confirmation number. Also please mail back the product (must include all parts or pieces of the product ordered) including a copy of your sales receipt and details of your problem.
Please note: For all returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us.
Please contact us before returning to receive authorization or your return will not be accepted.
JPCommerce.com will not pay or reimburse return shipping postage on all return items.
If a package is refused upon delivery or rerouted back to us, the original shipping cost and the cost of shipping the item back to us will be deducted from your order.
If a package is lost or has not arrived by the scheduled delivery date, you must contact us within 10 days of the estimated delivery date for resolution.
